I was skeptical regarding a leasing agency because I've never dealt. But Kerrie is awesome. She has been extremely attentive kind and punctual to our needs. She even bought me a plant! Someone give this sweet woman a raise. My son and I could not have been happier through this process. Thx Ker!

Kai is incredible! Wonderful demeanor, and did what he could given the limitations he has to deal with. I’m very appreciative that I’ll have someone to advocate for the multiple replacements and bigger repairs we need.

I rented from IIP for a year and a half. This is an amazing place to rent from. Kerri was my point of contact the whole time and she was always making sure we were comfortable and providing any resources needed she really went above and beyond! Any time we needed maintenance or assistance we got help within 24 hours. This company really makes sure you are taken care of. 10/10 would recommend!

Kai the maintenance guy came out 9/29/2022 he was very nice. He completed multiple issues I had. He’s been here at my house multiple times to fix things. I appreciate him and the work he’s done. Never had any issues with him. I would definitely recommend him 10/10. Thank you again kai.
