IIP has been great. From my experience in the past 4 years they have been able to help me through many situations with my properties. I can tell that they have evolved in those short years and are constantly improving. I made the mistake of going through a property manager who I met through contractor. Going through a single person, you don't have a lot of formal processes and will inherit all mistakes that single person makes. Thankfully I found IIP and switched over quickly. No person or company is perfect but my experience was positive majority of the time. Also, being part of a larger company they have other resources like a real estate department. Their real estate department was great. They helped sell multiple properties and were good at sending me updates on status and progress. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. IIP Management has appropriate staffing levels that allow them to facilitate good customer service. They are not the cheapest, but they might be the only property management company in Cleveland that actually gets back to you within 24 hours. When I've had questions, they have been able to provide me satisfactory answers.

The last 2 years have been a great experience with IIP. Prior to buying an investment property, IIP took me step by step through the entire process on what was needed and associated fees with buying and getting tenants placed. This included estimated rents, projected costs to make it rent ready, and estimated time frames for tenant placement. Everything went as expected and both units of the duplex were rented out in the time frame at the anticipated rents. I highly recommend IIP. They are very professional and have great communication. I’ll definitely be using them to manage other investment properties that I buy in the Cleveland area.
